Poza klasycznymi elementami tradycyjnej wigilii, zwr\u00f3cili\u015bmy uwag\u0119\u0328 na kontekst aktualnych wydarze\u0144 i zwi\u0105zan\u0105 z tym potrzeb\u0119 poznawania kultury os\u00f3b, kt\u00f3re coraz cz\u0119\u015bciej stanowi\u0105 naszych wsp\u00f3\u0142pracownik\u00f3w, student\u00f3w i s\u0105siad\u00f3w. Podczas wydarzenia odby\u0142o si\u0119 wsp\u00f3lne czytanie legendy o ozdabiaj\u0105cym choink\u0119 paj\u0105ku, kt\u00f3rego nast\u0119pnie upami\u0119tniali\u015bmy w formie paj\u0119czokszta\u0142tnych ozd\u00f3b na choinki. Spr\u00f3bowali\u015bmy wykonu w dw\u00f3ch wersjach j\u0119zykowych przy pomocy jednej z uczestniczek, kt\u00f3ra znaj\u0105c j\u0119zyk ukrai\u0144ski u\u0142atwi\u0142a nam wszystkim zadanie. Odby\u0142 si\u0119 tak\u017ce quiz polegaj\u0105cy na rozszyfrowaniu znaczenia ukrai\u0144skich s\u0142\u00f3w, kt\u00f3re brzmi\u0105 bardzo podobnie do tych znanych nam w Polsce. Starali\u015bmy si\u0119 skupi\u0107 na tym co nas \u0142\u0105czy, a nie na tym, co dzieli. Dostali oni od nas r\u00f3wnie\u017c po woreczku z ziarnem pszenicy na szcz\u0119\u015bcie (tradycja ta zwi\u0105zana jest z Dniem Wasyla, kt\u00f3ry obchodzimy 14 stycznia. Z samego rana m\u0142odzi ch\u0142opcy chodz\u0105 do r\u00f3\u017cnych dom\u00f3w i posiewiaj\u0105, czyli siej\u0105 ziarno pszenicy w domu. S\u0105 to \u017cyczenia dobrobytu, urodzaju, szcz\u0119\u015bcia i bogactwa). Po zako\u0144czeniu cz\u0119\u015bci z atrakcjami przeszli\u015bmy do kosztowania przygotowanych przysmak\u00f3w: ciast, kutii, p\u0105czk\u00f3w i pierog\u00f3w, a tak\u017ce przywiezionych dla nas
